1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the f baji website, mobile interface, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform") by any individual who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity ("Player" or "you"). These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the Player and f baji in relation to the subject matter herein.

f baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notification to players. Any material changes will be communicated via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage or via direct communication to registered account holders where practicable. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

f baji operates as an international online casino and sports betting platform. The Platform provides services to eligible players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. f baji does not represent that the services offered are appropriate, available, or lawful in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version of these Terms and any translated version provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the f baji Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. f baji operates a strict 18+ policy across all services and all regions.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a professional sports person, referee, sports official, or sports governing body employee in a capacity that would render your use of sports betting services a conflict of interest or breach of professional conduct rules.
• You are not under any form of self-exclusion — whether self-imposed via f baji's own responsible gaming tools or imposed by any other gambling operator or regulatory body.
• You do not have a history of fraudulent conduct on any online gambling platform, and you have not been previously permanently banned from f baji.

f baji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Acceptable proof of address documents include a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months.

Where f baji has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending identity verification. If the Player is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all pending bets will be voided, and any net deposits will be returned. f baji will not return bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds in such cases.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active f baji account. Creating, operating, or using more than one account — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or different devices — is a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, f baji reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets placed on those accounts, and forfeit any balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

When registering an account on f baji, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update your account information if any of the details you provided change. f baji will not be held responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your f baji account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances. f baji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the unauthorised use of your account as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised individual, you must notify f baji's support team immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. f baji may temporarily suspend your account pending an investigation into the reported unauthorised access.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

f baji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with internationally recognised standards for online financial services. All registered players are subject to KYC verification, which must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. The KYC process may require you to submit photographic identity documents, proof of address, and — where applicable — proof of the payment method used for deposits. f baji reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the player relationship.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

f baji accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh-based players:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfer to supported Bangladeshi banks

f baji reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on the player's location and account status. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by f baji, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your f baji account within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. f baji does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and cards registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the account may be subject to a compliance review.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes: mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) within 15 minutes to 2 hours; card withdrawals within 1 to 5 business days; bank transfers within 1 to 3 business days. These timeframes apply to verified accounts — first-time withdrawals may take longer due to the KYC verification process.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. f baji reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawal amounts. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of normal processing hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) will be queued and processed at the start of the next available processing window.

4.4 Refused Transactions

f baji reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, f baji will notify the affected player and may request additional documentation before proceeding. Chargebacks initiated against f baji via a payment provider are considered a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Bonus & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

f baji offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the Rewards page at the time the offer is active. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus would need to be wagered a total of ৳20,000 before any derived winnings become withdrawable.

Wagering contributions may vary by game type. In general: slot games contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games and table games contribute 10%; sports betting wagers on odds of 1.5 or greater contribute 100%; sports betting wagers on odds below 1.5 do not contribute. Specific game or market exclusions may apply and will be stated in individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

f baji actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome ("bonus scalping"), using automated scripts to fulfil wagering requirements, and exploiting technical errors or loopholes to obtain unintended bonus credits. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and any derived winnings voided and may be permanently banned from the Platform.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonus balances and any wagering progress toward an expired bonus will be forfeited without compensation. f baji does not extend bonus validity periods except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 General Obligations

As a registered player on f baji, you agree to use the Platform in good faith, in accordance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not harm f baji, its employees, its technology infrastructure, or other players. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f baji Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage of the player relationship.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform, including for placing bets, fulfilling wagering requirements, or scraping odds data.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live poker, live casino games, or team-sport betting markets.
• Exploiting platform errors, pricing errors, or technical glitches in any way that results in an unintended financial gain.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any other individual to access or operate your account.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider-information betting in sports markets.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming measure implemented by f baji.
• Publishing, distributing, or transmitting any content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable via any communication channel on the Platform.

f baji reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any activity constitutes a prohibited activity under this section. Decisions by f baji regarding prohibited activity are final and not subject to appeal.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the f baji Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software code, user interface designs, page layouts, audio and video content, and game assets — is the intellectual property of f baji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any f baji intellectual property without prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is governed by the licensing arrangements between that studio and f baji. Players may not record, reproduce, or distribute any game content without the explicit written permission of the relevant rights holder.

The f baji name, logo, and all related brand identifiers are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use of any f baji trademark — including in domain names, social media handles, promotional materials, or any other context — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the permanent closure of your f baji account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, f baji will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining balance to your registered payment method before closing the account. Please note that if you have an active bonus with pending wagering requirements, closure will result in the forfeiture of that bonus and any derived winnings.

If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons — that is, because you are concerned about the impact of gambling on your life — f baji encourages you to consider a self-exclusion rather than a simple account closure, as self-exclusion provides additional safeguards. 8.2 Suspension or Closure by f baji

f baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• The Player's account being used in a manner that is harmful to f baji, other players, or the integrity of the sports or games available on the Platform.
• f baji's decision to cease offering services to players in a particular jurisdiction.
• Any other reason that f baji, at its sole discretion, deems sufficient to justify account closure.

Where an account is closed by f baji due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, f baji reserves the right to withhold any balance attributable to bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, or winnings generated through prohibited activity. Net deposits (funds deposited by the player that are not attributable to bonus activity) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. f baji will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. If no response is received, a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be applied to the account balance. The dormancy fee will cease once the account balance reaches zero. f baji will not apply dormancy fees to any account that has a pending KYC verification request.
